We didn't do a ton of stuff today, as it was our last day in Singapore...we wandered around the city and made a list of all of the things we’d like to do whenever we return, because 4 days here is nowhere near enough time!
We left our hotel at 9:00 pm and went to the airport, where the check-in/bag-drop for our flight took about five minutes. Literally. The airport here is beautiful and efficient and it will be hard for any other airport to impress me after this one!
We walked over to the next terminal to check out the rain vortex, which is a 40-meter high indoor waterfall. We watched it for about 45 minutes while the colored lights and music changed (including "Rewrite the Stars" from The Greatest Showman and "How Far I'll Go" from Moana). Spectacular!
We are flying from Singapore to Tokyo, followed by a short layover, and then we'll be on our way home! While it is always bittersweet for us when a trip comes to an end, we are so excited to see our pups and our family!
Happy Tails to you!
