We had a relatively low-key day because the heat and humidity are absolutely bonkers and make setting foot outdoors very unappealing. There were also thunderstorms for much of the afternoon, so we were more than happy to hang out at our hotel! We took an uber early this morning to get a SIM card for our mifi device, which was a much more pleasant experience than the taxi nonsense around here! After the storms had passed in the afternoon, we wandered around some shops, walked over to the fortress wall that offered a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea, and found a tiny hole-in-the-wall restaurant that resulted in an incredible dinner!

We've also been getting daily updates from C's mom and dad and after C commented that they hadn't sent any pics of him, we got several today! We miss him so much, but we know he is being treated like a King. ;)
