We left for Florida at dinner time on Friday and planned to drive about six hours to Florence, SC before stopping for the night. Thanks to pretty terrible weather and traffic, the drive took eight and a half hours, but we finally checked in to our hotel at 1:30 am. The remainder of the drive on Saturday wasn't much better and we didn't even get to the Florida state line until 1:30 pm, but we eventually made it to WDW a little after 5:00 pm!
We spent one night at Coronado Springs, which has become one of our very favorite resorts; I only wish it could have been a longer stay! We went to MK for a couple of hours, then took a bus from there over to Boardwalk to wander around before a late dinner at Beaches and Cream!

On Sunday morning, we checked out of Coronado Springs and drove over to Wilderness Lodge for breakfast at Whispering Canyon, which was amazing as always! We then relaxed at the resort for a few hours before driving over to Port Canaveral for our Disney Cruise!
