The Land Down Under: Day 15

We've found that a trip of this length definitely requires some down time, and that pretty much sums up today for us! We've got some noteworthy adventures planned over the next three days, so we took advantage of having a free day to just walk around town, eat, nap, and do laundry! In comparing the populations of the four cities we've visited, Melbourne is the largest (5.3 million people), Sydney is almost as large (5.2 million people), Brisbane is third (2.6 million people), and Cairns is by far the smallest (165,000 people)! This means pretty much everything is within walking distance and since it's a desirable location for tourists, there are lots of shops and cafes and beautiful areas to walk along the water!
