You Can’t Make More Time

Another reminder…not just for my teachers friends, but for all of my friends. I’m working hard on this myself, but I’m slowly getting better at it. At least at the saying no part. For this people pleaser, the guilt that accompanies the no is still challenging! However, I know the more comfortable I get with saying no to unreasonable demands on my time, the happier I will be. The guilt will eventually subside.

We ruminate about how we spend our hard-earned money, but I feel like many of us are not as discerning when it comes to choosing how we spend our limited time. I can always make more money. I can’t make more time. It’s so crucial to remember that!
